​I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga since 2013. I started teaching at Torekov Hotell and later co-owned Yogalito in Båstad for 8 years. I'm a 500 hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher (my teacher was Jeanne Heileman), and beyond this I've taken many more trainings. In addition to teaching yoga I'm a trained school counsellor. I currently live in Palma Mallorca, Spain but I am from Båstad, Sweden. I teach in English and in Swedish. In Palma you'll find me at Earth Yoga in Santa Catalina.
